How would I connect my computer with a 15 pin monitor port to my TV with an S-video port?

The question says it all. I’m fairly certain there’s a cable or converter but I’ve yet to find one online, so any links to such a product would be great.
And yes, I know the fact that my PC lacks an S-video port is a good indication my computer is ancient.

Imagine you develop an ASP .NET application (it doesn’t matter if it is 1.x or 2.0). You use windows authentication (as recommended by experts!!) to connect to your SQL Server (2000 or 2005) database. By now it sounds good. Now imagine you want to deploy it on a production server.
