At CES 2010, Iyaz Akhtar takes a look at the Sling Monitor 150. It is a 15" monitor designed to be portable and connects to your computer using Wireless-N, not the usual DVI or VGA cable. Distributed by Tubemogul.

Pano Logic at the end of February received $20 million in venture capital to further its approach to desktop virtualization. What sort of client does it use? It doesn’t use one other than a user’s monitor and a little gray box with network and peripheral connectors. There’s no CPU. Pano Logic calls it the “zero client.”

A couple of things. Firstly, you might have to select "FN" and "F5" on your laptop keyboard (This normally doesn't vary but check your laptop's manual first). Then, check the refresh rate – select about 60Hertz and work upwards (Do it on you laptop, press FN F5 then if it doesnt work, FN F5 and then reselect a different refresh rate)
