There is no need for the condom to cover the entire shaft. It makes no difference. It only matters that the condom is covering you and that it is snug enough to not slip off.

my desktop is a XP system, and i end up using my vista laptop for all my gaming and music recording because i find it faster and more stable, and driver problems? This is a trick that's very dependent on the game itself. If the game is going "full screen" then your video card will not render anything else except the game (leaving any secondary monitors blank). However, some games (such as World of Warcraft) allow you to run the game in a "windowed" mode that's maximized to use the whole screen. This shows up as a "windowed" video game to the video card, and therefore it will render your start menu and other Windows elements, but it will be sized to take up your whole screen and it will not have a boarder.
This sort of mode seems almost entirely designed for people with multiple monitors that wish to make use of secondary monitors while gaming (or span the game across multiple screens).
Of course, this is only available in select games. Try playing around with display options in your game. Look for windowed modes, they're your best option. See if there might be some sort of "hack" you can do to make it display in a maximized window. Check the game's forums or do a google search.
